30 or 45 minutes is barely enough time to get warmed up, stretch, and do some conditioning... let alone work on skills.

And, since we're all about skill development and results, our classes are 90 minutes long and they all include:

for Skill Development,

Conditioning to build Strength,

and Stretching to improve Flexibility

PLUS

they typically finish with a Skill Based Game to challenge the athletes in a fun way!

In order to qualify for Intermediate Classes, athletes must already be able to do the following skills:

Bridge Hold

(Plus meet certain strength and flexibility requirements)

Strong Handstand

Strong Cartwheel

Strong Back Walkover

Strong Front Walkover
