MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are subscription-based enrollments in one or more classes which automatically renew on the first of each month. You can start a membership at any time. If you start a Membership on any day other than the first of the month, your first bill will be pro-rated based on the number of classes remaining in the month for the specific Membership. Then your Membership will continue on the first of each month thereafter. Memberships are calculated based on the number of times the class meets during the month, multiplied by the class rate.

Memberships reserve a Participant's spot in specific classes for the duration of the month.

MAKEUP POLICY

Missed Classes: We do not adjust billing cycles or offer refunds for missed classes. To receive a makeup class, you must submit a Future Absence request through the Customer Portal. Once approved, you will receive a makeup Token, which you can use to book a makeup in a comparable class (must be the same program and level), through the Customer Portal.

Cancelled Classes: We do not offer refunds for cancellations. If we cancel a class, you will receive a makeup Token.

*** Makeup Tokens expire 30 days from the missed or cancelled class and/or if your athlete is no longer enrolled in a class for which the Token applies. Makeups can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Makeups are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. ***

Closures: The gym will be closed on certain days. Closures are not the same as cancellations and do not result in receiving makeup Tokens. Closures are already automatically factored into Membership monthly prices.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling your membership means that your membership will terminate at the end of the month. If you start a new membership, you will be charged the prices current at that time. To cancel your membership, you must make a request to do so prior to the start of the next month by emailing us at info@hyperdriveathletics.com. There are no full or partial refunds for canceling prior to the end of the month. Memberships are non-transferable.
